Every version of MIUI update has its own codename right after the version number. The one available below is version 10.2.7.0.PFHINXM. What does it mean?
It is a unique identifier coded exclusively for each release. You can understand it as below:

Im going to purchase rn7pro but it a china set, and of course it comes with china rom inside, will i be able to flash this rom global india after i unlocking the bootloader? Will arb get triggered? Afraid it will got brick
Redmi note 7 pro, bebas instaler pake rom apa saja mau pake rom cn atau pun global, asalkan sdh unlock bootloder, kalau terjadi bata tdk mungkin, di redmi note 7 pro tdk ada ARB ya, download versi global, hp RN7pro ya sdh unlock bootloader dan instal dengan fastboot. Saat instal sukses di mi flash ya. Cabut hp ya tunggu proses booting ya lu mayan lama jgn sampe habis batrei ya. Jika sdh sukses booting ya. Matikan hp masuk fastboot untuk unlock bootloader ya via cmd ketik fastboot devices, ketik fastboot oem unlock. Sukses hp anda dengan miui global versi dan bebas update.

Yes you can, as long as you did not replace stock Mi Recovery with TWRP
