A Straightforward Way to Flash Havoc OS on Redmi Note 7 Pro

A Straightforward Way to Flash Havoc OS on Redmi Note 7 Pro 1

Dubbed as the next successor of Redmi Note 5 Pro in terms of sales achievement, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro has many potentials in the third-party Android development community. The phone is much like several recent Xiaomi devices. It is very developer friendly.

It means users will have a diverse spectrum of custom ROM options – along with a number of tweaks and mods. Unlike Huawei, Xiaomi allows its users to freely unlock the bootloader of their devices. An official unlock permission is necessary however.

As the best we can monitor, Havoc OS is the first official custom ROM coming to Redmi Note 7 Pro.

To make it easier, we are gonna call it as Reno 7 Pro a.k.a Violet.

The device was announced in February but it has become available just recently around March-April.

Reno 7 Pro boasts Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset. This SoC incorporates Octa-core processors (2GHz dual-core Kryo 460 + 1.7GHz hexa-core Kryo 460) and Adreno 612 GPU.

We love to call it as the little beast. It’s not a flagship phone but it is a stellar especially for its price point.

This article guides you to the essential steps on how to install HavocOS on Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Havoc OS is a custom ROM based on AOSP Android 9.0 Pie. It brings not only the Android OS itself but also the awesomeness of Google Pixel.

Pixel is Google’s own Android device. It runs the purest and the most original Android OS. Havoc OS brings it just like that to the Reno 7 Pro.
