How to install?

Installing MIUI stock recovery is similar as flashing the custom one.

  1. Download and install ADB Fastboot driver on your computer.
  2. Download the recovery file above. You need to extract the zip file to get the img file in it.
  3. Enable USB Debugging on your phone via Settings > Developer Options.
  4. Connect your phone to your computer.
  5. Copy the recovery.img file to the ADB folder (usually located in C:\adb\).
  6. Open the ADB folder.
  7. Hold the Shift button on keyboard while right-clicking anywhere within that folder.
  8. Choose Open Command Prompt Window from Here or Open PowerShell Window from Here.
  9. Issue following command:
adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot devices
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

That’s it. Alternatively, you can copy the recovery.img file to your computer and flash it through TWRP, Orange Fox or Red Wolf. Since you have installed it, we assume you knew how to flash image file in TWRP.
