Google Android One is near-to-stock Android ROM. It is similar to AOSP Android. Stock UI styles, features, looks and feels are mostly identical.
Xiaomi devices running Android One get significant users attention. Despite there are many who love MIUI from the bottom of their hearts, there are also some people who love Android One. It’s not them to blame.
MIUI is notorious for bloatware and ads. The developers promote sleek speed and lightweight performance. On the other hand, ads come blocking the way.
We couldn’t call it as intrusive ads. However, users have different preferences to define “intrusive”. At some point we also believe that annoying is a similar term for most users.
Android One has its own advantages. One of them is regular and fast system update intervals. Users of Android One have privilege to receive quicker update.
Quicker update means more secure device. Every security patch released by Google will land faster on Android One devices instead MIUI-based ones.
Other than that, users may have their own opinion for their preferences to choose Android One.
