Xiaomi’s first Penta-camera Android phone, the Mi Note 10 is getting early TWRP custom recovery through unofficial builds. Thanks to third-party developers Muronofrio and Wzsx150. Both are the most known developers to release TWRP for Xiaomi phones even before the official build becomes available.
TWRP is a custom recovery capable of flashing custom binaries including Magisk root. The official MIUI recovery does not support flashing third-party ROMs and Kernels. On top of that, TWRP packs more advanced features compared to what the stock recovery has it.
Provided below are unofficial TWRP builds for Mi Note 10 codename Tucana. The device is basically the same device as its Chinese variant known as Mi CC9 Pro. Both boast the same hardware specifications.
Unofficial TWRP v3.3.1-0 for Mi Note 10
The first build comes from Mauronofrio. His build is designed for Mi Note 10 since the developer is not a Chinese. Nevertheless, this should also work on the Mi CC9 Pro as well.
Mauronofrio’s build of TWRP comes in the English language by default. Hence, you don’t need to change its default language.

Unofficial TWRP v3.3.1-0 for Mi CC9 Pro
The next build comes from WZSX150 by LR.team. The developer is Chinese and hence all his builds are known as Chinese TWRP.
He developed the unofficial TWRP for the Mi CC9 Pro. Since the phone is basically the same as Mi Note 10, his TWRP is also compatible for the later.
One thing tho, Wzsx150’s TWRP packs both Chinese and English languages. The default one if of course Chinese. You can follow our step by step guide on how to change TWRP language from Chinese to English.
Download it from the link below. The file is hosted on our servers mirrored in US and EU.
The file is compressed in a flash-able zip file. You can either flash the zip file through any other variant of TRWP or extract the flashable image file (.img) then flash it through fastboot.
Both TWRP builds are also compatible with the Mi Note 10 Pro variant, the one having 256GB storage.
Credits and thanks to each of the developers.
